Good customer service
I am new to town and asked if they had a notary. Was informed that Notary services were only for customers. I said that this was to see if I wanted to do business with them as nd that if they couldn’t show some basic kindness and decency that I will keep my money elsewhere. The persons name was Papa and he wouldn’t budge. This bank is a massive failure on the human dimension!
This bank is the worst the wait time is ridiculous
Key bank is literally the worst bank, possibly company, that I have ever dealt with in my life. They operate with zero morals from the management level up.
We were incredibly disappointed at the lack of customer service at Key Bank today. My daughters and I drove to the Key Bank on Lafayette to open a Student Savings Account this morning. When we asked for help opening a student savings account we were told by the staff that they couldn't help us because they closing in 20 minutes.
