Just horrible. If there was a zero stars, I would give that. Someone didn't go to business school.
They love the fees but hate doing what they are asked to do Asked to have accounts put on autopay many times and fail fail fail. Got late pays as a result despite being told it was done. Change the rules after you will apply for loans as well. Do Not Trust Anything they say.
In December 2019, I experienced a challenging situation with Key Bank involving my joint savings account. Don't bother with their promotions unless you know all the details! Came in, spent an entire hour working on opening a checking account for a promotion to receive a bonus if a certain amount was deposited. Spent the time, set up an acct, made a deposit, and then after the fact am told I didn't get the promotion because only a direct deposit from an employer counted towards it.
