After a decade of banking with them the day I need Keybank to come through for me to pick up just $80 for my grandma's meds they made it clear they were not on my side. Because my check was held through mobile deposit (for 7 days!) they refused to help because the manager didn't want the liability if the check bounced. The branch on Morrison is run down and feels like they’re going out of business. I came in to cash a check as a non-customer. Apparently tellers are no longer a thing here, and I had to wait ten minutes just to have a live person appear and greet me. It took another ten minutes to be seen, even though there was only one other customer in the building.
