TERRIBLE TO WORK WITH ON ANYTHING!!!!
They are very deceiving. My first fraudulent case .1 on my account this is how they treat me.. after telling me that they would not assess any overdraft charges on my account due to fraudulent activity, they still do. When you have been with a bank for oh wow you would expect that they would have your back and treat you right. I would not recommend banking with them at all.
Im a new customer but I was VERY impressed with the process and cant think why i didnt come to Key sooner!!!
