I experienced the worst customer service from Kyle Lindquist today. First off, after having a 10 year long business and personal banking relationship with KeyBank, he told me that he can’t cash my check because supposedly I don’t have enough funds in my personal checking to cover the check (even though I have more than enough funds in my business account). What is interesting is that I always get my checks cashed without any issues by both branches in downtown Bellevue!!!!!! On top of that he was extremely rude! I could not ... read more

Hi Oksana - I'm very sorry to hear about your experience as this certainly is not what we want you to expect when visiting a KeyBank branch. In regards to check cashing, it is necessary to at least have the amount available in the account that the check is made out to.
