I called twice on Thursday to check on getting a bank check, which we were doing with cash, after waiting 45 minutes in line they said he needed to be there, can you say compromised immune system
When a customer is treated like they are less than the staff and Its a privilege to deal with the bank, the staff lacks the basic understanding of where there paycheck comes from.
I took out a business loan and had to Close my business after 25 years. I have paid them 37 grand on a 30k loan and am now bankrupt. offered my late 15k that included kids college money and wont settle debt other banks lost money and settled most heartless greedy bank ever with zero compassion take out a loan dont mess up likeme. they dont care

Worst bank everrrr.. I deposit the same checks, from the same company, printed on the same paper for 2 YEARS NOW! THEY KNOW these checks are good...but choose to discriminate because I myself am poor. So they put an extra hold on this check, that is printed right across the road from them, that they have been cashing for years, and RUIN my entire weeks plans.
