Went to drive through on a Saturday, not a single car in front of behind me. The teller after 7 min wait told me to drive around to the lobby and that I need to wait 15 min. I told him I just needed a roll of quarters, teller said he didn't have time... What? Are you kidding me? Forget this place... How redicilous.!!!!!!!! Done w them.
The clerks at the Silver Lake branch, specifically Samantha is incompetent. An hour before closing they can't add a savigs accout because it takes them an hour to count their drawers.
The location is great for me the staff is nice especially Thor! He needs a raise!
Deposits were put in escrow want to transfer to checking account. Benny there twice and now they want me to come in again
