Key Bank is the bank for you!! From business accounts to personal accounts they have so much to offer. This is a bank that actually cares about you and your financial needs!! This location closes earlier than the listed business hours. KeyBank has done nothing but disappoint more & more between closing branches & strange fees, it’s difficult to trust them. Then driving out of my way to reach the branch during business hours only to find that the door is locked & no one is available to buzz me in. This bank just fails to meet even basic expectations.
I called with a question about my account. Some Female Manager treated me with such disrespect, I've never been spoken to as if I was a child, like that before. She was astonishingly rude, upon asking for clarification on something I was confused about, they just repeated a pre-scripted response, 4 times. Ignoring my confusion and concerns. I'll be transferring my account to another bank, Today.
