Absolutely awful customer service and even worse delegation from the "branch manager" who had all hands on deck (only two- including the "manager: for the giant bank during a busy day/time period) and they couldn't figure out how to close the person in front of mes account (gee, wonder why they closed it) and made me wait LITERALLY 15 mins knowing all I needed was change and it would take less than a minute to have 1 of the 2 people help me do that. Not very excited after setting up a business account at this branch. The initial visit was great but once I left, all of the promises went out the window. Everyone was very nice to me until I questioned why none of the things I was told would be completed weren’t done at all. I wasn’t contacted like I was told. This is the worst bank and they will do anything to take your money! There fees are ridiculous and when u call for help the basically say that’s the way it is! If I deposit a check they want to keep it on hold for up to a week like why? This is my bank the check clearly in my name… and they will explain none of this to you when you open the bank account or even when your going to deposit the check they just wait for you to wonder where you cash is!! Would never recommend this bank to anyone!!!

RecommendedSuper friendly and helpful employees. Jessica Herrera went above and beyond what anyone would expect with an excellent attitude and made me feel totally welcome. A sweet little teller brought me water when I ask about a water fountain. I didn’t catch her name and I should have. This is what “customer service” was and still is at Key Bank. I’m happy u can help them out but when I been banking with key bank for 7 years and can’t get a loans is sad. If u have more then 2 inquiries on your credit key bank will not give u nothing. Go to a credit union I got a new car loan and a new bike loan. Don’t was your time with this crap bank
