I opened my account so that I could get direct deposit on my disability my account number was breached and they told me they were going to shut my account down but would give me time to get my direct deposit switched to different account however one week before payment they closed the account all the way down so here's the question of the day what's going to happen to that direct deposit does it hasn't it yet and it should have and I've called and they keep telling me to call back at different times bsv asked me I would NEVE... read more
Was in today Saturday and I went to teller and asked politely if I could get in my safety deposit box. The teller looked at what I believed to be a supervisor and I was told no. I said ok and left. I made a mistake by getting there at 1152am on a Saturday but all I wanted to do is put a document in the lockbox. Sorry that someone might have to work over maybe a minute or so. My document can't wait until Monday I guess.Thanks so much for not helping out
Same familiar faces. So kind. Quality service, and the actual banking is great, too.
So far the company is very responsive to customer service needs. I recieved a phone call from this complaint ASAP. I am going to try the direct deposit again and will follow through. Very impressed how my initial negative review was responded to at least.
