My mom was given a counterfeit $100 bill from this bank, and they refuse to replace it. She basically got screwed out of $100 and they're trying to say it's my mom's responsibility. Isn't it the bank's responsibility to make sure that they aren't giving customers counterfeit bills? This bank should expect a lawsuit. Don't go to this branch. They'll give you fake money and then not replace it. What they're doing is basically theft.

The parking situation is a bit inconvenient, for walk in business. Drive up banking spills out adjacent to very busy intersection (NE 181st & Halsey).
