OK hear is the thing. The staff at this location are all really good at their job. They are a lot better than most of the key banks I have gone to. But they have one person in particular there that makes me drive 20/30 min out of my way to go to a different branch. It’s because of how rude and unhelpful they are “I have had tellers agree that thy hate when this manager has to help them as they make them look like an idiot in front of the customer”.
