SEO is way too aggressive. actively rerouted me from regions to key bank. beware.
Not sure what has happened to this branch, but after 24 years I closed my accounts. Customer service has gotten worse over the years.
This was a regrettable experience; I cannot endorse their business checking accounts and business lines of credit.
Unfortunately, customer service with the tellers are horrible. Went into bank to make a withdrawal and tellers were hanging and talking to each and rudely said "How can I help you" but rudely as if I was interrupting them( no one was in line and three ladies were at teller counter). No smile, no welcoming tone or body language. No way to greet your customers. Need customer service training. Don't like that branch.
Terrible place for business banking. Do yourself a favor and go to the Binford branch or the Carmel branch.
