Lily was very helpful and knowledgeable and kind. She went above and beyond to direct me to the right place as I was looking for a zero down payment program and she immediately was able to help. This location has parking and has never been crowded when I've been there. Always easy to get someone's attention and if you need anything, Lily can either help or direct you to someone who can.
It's great that it has parking in front. The Staff is friendly. Especially Lily. She is very informative and knowledgeable. Great customer service in this location.
I have much to be thankful for this season, Key Bank is not on my list. The banker I worked with has been helpful, but the bank was deceptive about a promotion and not very helpful.
