Excellent customer service
They will lie to you when you open up a new account that if you satisfy certain conditions, you’ll get a bonus, but then after you do exactly what they say, no bonus. The ATM here works properly about 10% of the time. For bonus points, they will send you annoying emails asking if everything is to your satisfaction, even though they obviously know things are terrible because they didn’t give you the bonus you earned following their exact instructions, and their ATM probably wasn’t working that day.

Updating to say I've been banking here for more than 3 years now and I absolutely love them! I love the services provided, the people, all of it. O wish the app worked on my phone but Samsung Galaxy S8 is too old Haha. Besides that this is a great place who genuinely cares about helping you. They prove it time and again.
