Probably the worst experience I've had in dealing with a bank. Ever. Tried to close the account and the person who barely spoke English got an error message and couldn't do it. Transferred me to another person. 20 minutes.
"Make every customer experience matter..." or something like that, Kaitlin said today while depositing my money. I usually use the drive thru, but with the sunshine today, I decided to go into the branch. Boy, I sure am glad I did. As soon as I walked through the door, the entire staff looked up from what they were doing and greeted me. Though my transaction lasted less than 5 minutes, the kindness, care, smiles and of course witty banter lasted all day.
