I made a purchase for Christmas presents in November. Unfortunately, the products were not delivered and I tried to contact the merchant. There is no merchant with the name that I purchased from and the phone number they had listed went to another company in Canada that does not sell the products I purchased. My husband has been going to this bank for over 3 years now and has had several negative experiences. Sometimes, you have an issue with the bank in general, but this is related to the teller(s). It seems like an unnecessary challenge to cash his paychecks at this branch. He is treated with suspicion and receives abysmal, almost offensive, customer service and treatment. Just wanted to share my experience here. I don’t ever leave reviews unless it’s worth mentioning. I was greeted by a young lady very nicely and did exactly what I needed without giving me any hesitation and the manager also came over to assist me with my needs and also went above and beyond to help me. Great job guys! You guys made my visit worth my time and made the entire experience enjoyable. Great listeners and people!
