Just wanted to share my experience here. I don’t ever leave reviews unless it’s worth mentioning. I was greeted by a young lady very nicely and did exactly what I needed without giving me any hesitation and the manager also came over to assist me with my needs and also went above and beyond to help me. Great job guys! You guys made my visit worth my time and made the entire experience enjoyable. Great listeners and people!
I have had a personal and business account at Key bank for 7+ years and at this point I’m ready to go bank somewhere else. I’ve had fraudulent charges on my business account no less than 5 times in the last 36 months. That means 5 times having to have my card reissued and 5 times having to wait weeks to have my money returned to my account. FIVE TIMES. Each time negatively affecting my business SEVERELY. What a wonderful experience that I had going into KeyBank at the 11700 Mukilteo Speedway location. I went to this location to get a cashier check to start up my business and checkup on my CD. I talked to Arianne Newell and Renuka Dahal. They were so professional and courteous especially with Arianne Newell. This location off of the Mukilteo Speedway is my favorite. I've never had any issues with the ATM and convenience of the branch, and the service has always been very professional. I really appreciate Tatianna taking good care of my account and finances. She's been amazing at offering a personable banking experience and goes above and beyond to make me feel safe and valued, trusting my finances with KeyBank.
