Extremely disappointing experience with this KeyBank branch. I came into the branch looking for help after discovering that my account had been closed without any meaningful notice to me. I had received no phone call and no clear communication explaining what was happening. I made a purchase for Christmas presents in November. Unfortunately, the products were not delivered and I tried to contact the merchant. There is no merchant with the name that I purchased from and the phone number they had listed went to another company in Canada that does not sell the products I purchased. My husband has been going to this bank for over 3 years now and has had several negative experiences. Sometimes, you have an issue with the bank in general, but this is related to the teller(s). It seems like an unnecessary challenge to cash his paychecks at this branch. He is treated with suspicion and receives abysmal, almost offensive, customer service and treatment.
