Friendly, courteous and professional!
My wife and I are elderly and live in CC Young, Assisted Living. All of the Key-Whitman staff are well trained and very considerate of our needs as Senior Citizens.
Arrived 25 minutes before my appointment and waited another 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment and left because the wait area was so crowded, I asked another person how long waiting over an hour of their appointment time. They didn’t tell me or others they were behind schedule- very inconsiderate of people’s time.
I actually have no issues with the doctor or the staff in the Mesquite office. The reason for my rating is the billing office. I was billed for a procedure that I didn’t need and was unable to ever reach a person to speak to. I left FOUR messages regarding the issue was and did not receive any response from the billing office. I only left messages because there was no way to speak to a real person- could only leave messages. I will not make any follow up appointments.
Everyone is friendly. My fave is N Bobby. An OTECH So Very kind and very open to answering any questions you have.
