I am extremely deeply disappointed and shaken by the way I was treated during my visit here for a papilledema evaluation. From start to finish, the behavior of the staff and physician was wildly unprofessional. During preliminary testing, the technician spoke to me in an incredibly condescending tone, treating me like a small child rather than an adult patient. My family has been using Dr. Amy Hong for 20+ years and we think she is the very best! All the boxes are checked with her -- she is detailed & very thorough, wonderful to work with, and the new N. Tarrant Parkway address is much closer to us than the Arlington location -- a "win/win" all around!
Dr. Amy Hong was so kind so thoughtful and so detailed. She pointed out the the reason why my dad’s left eye have been having issue after his glaucoma surgery. She pointed out that the tube shunt in my dad’s left eye was placed in a weird position. Im so grateful for her after so many visits with different Dr and never get to the cause of the issue. Highly recommend Dr. Amy Hong.
Just wrote a very candid review in the survey I received via text message. We’ll see if it’s actually read. Wholly unimpressed with my experience. Went in looking for a new Vision doctor since I’m new to Fort Worth. Will probably continue to look elsewhere.
