The VA sent a consult to this clinic to check my eyes for floaters and general eye check up. The Clinic never told me I needed to have my pupils dilated to check for floaters or once contacted me, if you dont count just automated messages. The technicians were rude and short with me, even though I was polite to them. The doctor did the test for floaters without my pupils being dilated (probably so she could charge the VA for the test) and said to come back when I could have someone drive me to do it again aka charge the VA a... read more
Dr. Amy Hong was so kind so thoughtful and so detailed. She pointed out the the reason why my dad’s left eye have been having issue after his glaucoma surgery. She pointed out that the tube shunt in my dad’s left eye was placed in a weird position or the tube being too long. Im so grateful for her after so many visits with different Dr and never get to the cause of the issue. Highly recommend Dr. Amy Hong.
