We stopped after a long trip at the first hotel, and we should have kept going. This hotel is poorly managed, and the sign outside said Now open. If its new or remodled, they need to do more work. Towels were dirty, doors did not work properly and when told to mgt, they said to prop it open with a stick. Cigg burns on the toilet seat, table lamp broken. FREE Breakfast was Horrible!!! Frozen waffles and a few fruit choices, we opted to go to Mc Donalds across the street. Poor hotel!
We have stayed here at the Key West Inn before and had nice friendly service. That is why we decided when we were in this area again to stay here. This time however is very disappointing. For starters, we made our reservations via phone with the Key West Customer service department. We informed them it would be a 3 night stay and we have 2 dogs that travel with us. THE COUNTRY HEARTH INN IS A VERY NICE HOTELWE ENJOY STAYING THERE. THE ROOMS WHERE VERY CLEAN. THE PROPERLY IS RIGHT-OFF THEINTERSTATE. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE.
room service was so good..house keeping person cleanliness maintained.this is the thing we like the best. and about dislike..i doont think there is any?for pets also its good..and they treat customers in a good way,they respect their customer
