THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. BLOOD STAINED SHEETS AND MATTRESS. I TOOK PICTURES OF THE MATTRESS AND SHEETS AND TALKED TO THE FRONT DESK MANAGER. WAS GIVEN THE OPTION TO CHANGE THE SHEETS MYSELF. REALLY????? DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY $157 TO CHANGE YOUR OWN BLOOD STAINED SHEETS AND SLEEP ON A BLOOD STAINED MATTRESS. SEE PHOTIS ATTACHED
There was a huge spider on our bed. Too much noise outside our room. The shower was good. The mattresses were lumpy and uneven.
We stayed a few weeks ago and I would rather stay here than the casinos!! FIRST: The young man at the front desk was SO nice, polite and professional! SECOND: The room was way beyond what I had in my mind. The pictures do it no justice. They're big, clean, have refrigerator and microwave! Plenty of pillows; which is one thing that other places lack in. THIRD AND FINAL: It is such a beautiful building and super close to the casinos! WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!
This was the second time we stayed at this resort and will be returning soon. The people here are very friendly the location is great.

Istayed at this Hotel and left some of my things in the room overnight but I didn't stay.The housekeeper must have thought she had a right to go through my things and take what she wanted.And the room was still mine's until the next day check out. This happened to me at Key West Inn in Robinsonville Mississippi.I have stayed in the hotels before never had a problem. Spoke with the manager and all I got was I'm sorry.
I always stay here if i don't stay at the casino. Over all it's clean and very nice for the price.
