Great area, walking distance to all needs. Great view and security.
I rented a unit in this building for one year. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. For over a month, there were ongoing, noisy repairs that seriously affected the comfort of living, and communication from building management was poor or nonexistent. Additionally, despite respectfully asking the landlord to schedule showings only on specific days due to my work and rest schedule, my request was ignored several times. The condo is good and so is the staff. I have rented the unit and am staying since over a year. No problem at all .
