Tyler and the team were extremely transparent and trustworthy when I brought in my truck. Did not upsell me or try to recommend services I did not need when they easily could have. Highly recommend this shop!
If you need transmission work look no further, I would highly recommend these guys. At first Tyler took the time to talk to me on the phone for a while about my truck that was having issues. He quoted me a ballpark estimate for labor on what we thought it might be. Later, after realizing the labor actually calls for more time he still honored the first price he told me for labor. Let me look through the box of shims for a DIY transmission repair project I have going on. While I didn't find the exact shim thickness I needed, this level of willingness to help someone that may not be a customer for a repair speaks volumes of the quality of this business and for that I cannot thank you enough. Very friendly crew.
Tyler is incredible! Straight forward and upfront. Explains in detail the problem and the solution. Great shop and supports first responders!
