RecommendedWe moved in. I believe the new management company has s going to improve the quality of living for its community members.
I have had no issues since I moved in a little over a month ago. It's fairly priced (could be a little lower) and extremely spacious. The community manager is extremely kind and has been helpful, resourceful, and knowledgeable. The only thing I would state is that it may be in the communities best interest to obtain and hire an additional person to provide her with leasing office support. Although she is great, I think the additional support would not only boost Aimco's status but Key Towers ratings across the board. !
Conveniently located and despite being close to the highway, it is very quiet! The community is nice an renovated (going through staged renovations). The building management is responsive and helpful. Maintenance is quick and very courteous. Guest parking is tough, but overall Key Towers is a great place to live!
Highly not recommended. Elevator not working every couple of weeks. Always shut down hot water for half of the day. Parking is terrible. I don't know for what they charge 60$. They need replace all ac in each apartment. If u wanna get cooler ac always freeze and u need turn it off for 30 min. The worst experience ever👎👎👎
The apartments it is beautiful the only problem is for the parking not parking for guest
