I received an invoice that was 4x more than quoted. The receptionist consistently screened calls and no one ever returned my voice messages. I became really upset on the phone the last time when I was told no one was available as I realized they had no intentions of doing the right thing. They seemed clueless on why I was so upset. People should be warned!

I would not use anyone other than Key Termite & Pest Control! I've known Mark Maxwell for over 15 years & he is an HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY business man! He demands the same from his employees! I would never hesitate to have any of the technicians in my home to do work! They are a great bunch of guys!

The only pest control company I would even consider. I have known the owner since we were kids and he is a very honest person. I know several people that either work there or have worked there and they are all honest hard working knowledgeable people. KEY Termite and Pest Control is the very best!

Very Disappointed – Mark Maxwell, President of Key Termite has been unprofessional and shown me he doesn't care about renters or people in general. I woke up to his crew digging up my garden without any prior notification, which I requested. He has shown a lack of communication with his crew resulting in me having to immediately reschedule my obligations and transplant my garden. This has put unnecessary strain on me and I am not happy!
