Key Storage changes made this year are the cause for my updated lesser review. Rates have been increased, late fees are now higher, and there is no longer a dumpster for customer use. The prices are bad but the lack of a customer dumpster, despite rate hikes, is just unacceptable. We're paying more for less in an uncertain economy. This is all disappointing for those of us that once thought so highly of this facility. New management is pleasant, however. I have been renting a storage unit from Key Storage for years (both locations), I am so thankful that Cheryl and Dennis are now at the Scottsdale Key storage. Cheryl is very informative and kind, they keep nice units, always a clean and secure facility. It's a great feeling to know you are getting your money's worth especially in this poor economic time. Dennis and Cheryl are the best! I have stored here many years and they took over last year and made some many great improvements and I highly recommend this property! Clean, Secure and Friendly.
