Best chiropractor I’ve ever been too. Others in Virginia all do the same few adjustments, bio freeze on the spine then put you on some random machines. They never have a clear plan and just try to get you to keep coming back. Dr. Elahi on the other hand gets your whole background and goals you want to achieve to tailor a plan specifically for you. Dr. Alex is one of a kind!! I’ve collaborated with him on patient care, and as a fellow provider myself, I can honestly tell you that NO ONE wants to provide better care than him. He is unlike any other physical therapist or chiropractor. He finds the root cause and creates customized plans. I cannot express enough how instrumental Doctor Alex Key Spine Care has been to the healing of my crucial upper back, shoulder, and neck pain. Before starting with Doctor Alex, I had committed to 18 months of massages and chiropractic adjustments (5 min visits). In 2025 I suffered 2 acute sports injuries, one to my shoulder and one to my ankle. I completed traditional therapies like going to see ortho and many months of PT for both injuries.
