Buying my house was scary. But Cynthia and her team made it amazing. She was very helpful with answering my questions. ( I had a lot) She explained everything on my CD that I had questions on. Then She was there at my closing that was so pleasant and smooth. I am lucky for using them. You're cheating yourself for not using Key Settlements when buying a home!!!
Worked with CYNTHIA D. CHIA on a closing. It was one of most worst services I received. Her bad attitude and incompetency made the closing, which was supposed to be a simple process, very painful and unpleasant. They failed to send the invoice to lender 3 days prior to closing, which is the timeline they are supposed to follow. She claimed that her service fee was fair and regulated by the government.
