We had a great experience with Key Scale Ford. Fred Altamont was a wonderful salesman. Would highly recommed Fred and the dealership
Don't buy from here! And don't get service here. All liars and waste of time. Stay away for your sake! Go to crystal river if you can.... These people in every department are not friendly and they all hate their jobs. Because they treat you rudely. I left crying twice.
Never Had A Good Experience Here With Out It Costing Me A Lot Of Money.
Don't buy from here, my little sister bought a ford escape that was only 2 years old with 20,000 miles on it, she paid way too much. To top it off, the A/C compressor and the starter went out on her at the same time 6 months after she had it. Key Scales wouldn't fix it and told her there was nothing they could do. She is a single mom with 2 little kids and our family paid to have her Escape fixed, over $1,000.00 for everything. I would never send anyone to them.
