Called them concerning my water softener not operating. Ron was there in about 30 mins and got system repaired/operating shortly after his arrival. Very knowledgeable and thorough! Love supporting local businesses like this!

Had some issues with my water softener and RO systems. The company that installed them was no longer in business. Called Key because they were a locally owned business with great reviews. When I called it was later in the afternoon and they showed up the next morning. They immediately analyzed my system problems and got it set up and operating properly again. They then handled my RO system issues just as quickly. They were quick, efficient and reasonable. I would gladly recommend them to anyone!
Great customer service and very helpful! When our old filter stopped working they showed up within a couple hours and fixed our issue.
