A park like settings with lakes and trees but near many places such as grocery stores, restaurants, pubs and NCH hospital. I reasonable prices place in the heart of North Naples and only 8 miles from the beach and 2 miles to I75! 😖. Please ignore any crazy people who may of got removed from the property for causing a nuisance.
Hardly any security and the pool has trespassers and the gates to the pool are "Attractive Nuisance for Children". Peeping Toms and two unsolved murders in the past 12 years. Joseph Godcharles murder was never solved at Key Royal Apartments. Property Manager sells used furnishings from tenants that he forces to move. He has two storage units he stores abandoned belongings and sells with his sister in their used furniture store. Fights at the pool area by non residents.
