Absolutely wonderful food. So nourishing and perfect for warm days in the keys. I ate there every single day I was visiting the keys. Fabulous service and all of the workers here were so kind and joyful! I will be back!
We visited Islamorada and found this gem of a restaurant. Delicious lunch and breakfast. Maria was very kind and welcoming. Love getting healthy food while traveling. We’ll be back again.

A must visit in Islamorada! Incredible bowls, smoothies, and juice options. This has lots of options for someone who is GF/DF or vegetarian. We got the Superfood Bliss Bowls and cold brew coffee which were excellent. Maria and her family were so kind and welcoming. Plus their nonprofit gives back to the Keys community. A win win all around!
