They should learn the definitions of ALL jobs. Like a CNC Machinist is NOT a position that just runs any kind of machines. Out of 100's of job positions they have sent my husband, only 3 have been true CNC Machinist jobs!!! They flood our email daily and none of the jobs are what he asked for.
