Slum lord property management After living in one of their managed properties for 8 years in Independence Missouri, off Claremont St. I had extensive dealings with their maintenance dep. Inept workers causing flooded basements from cheapest plumbers doing sewer line repair, poor remodeling done in orderto sell unit to new owner. Very shoddy roof repair on deck which took over a year to complete. I can go on, but won't. And no I will not take this review down
I worked with Alyssa and it was wonderful she helped me so much that my life has changed for the better. If you need any realty services go to them because they will get you right!!
Slumlords only want their rent, very slow maintenance responce, Ve careful when renting from them make sure everything is the way you want it before signing lease.
