I do feel awful for the other respondents to the reviews of Key Realty. They look to be from years ago. I and my partner have had nothing but blessings dealing with our Key Realty agent, Jesse Dabson. We closed in Oct '14. I constantly contact him, being that I'm a first time home buyer, and he always is prompt in returning my calls, etc. He always gets me an answer and always assists us. I agree with the other review here. They are horrible. As a buyer it was like they where not intersted in selling us the property. Phone calls, emails, faxes none of them returned. The agent wold not get utlities turned on for the inspection and our earnest money check was "LOST"! Eventually we where forced to back out of the deal. As things progressed our real esatate agent started hearing horrow stories about KEY REALTY from other agents. I don't know how Key Realty stays in business unless it is a front for some sort of money laundering scheme. They were slow, ignorant and rude to us as buyers. They would set a close date and have no one show. They blame anyone but themselves. Buyers and sellers beware. They seemed to have no incentive to sell what so ever. I would highly recommend staying away from Key Realty. Just find another place that they do not represent.
