So disappointed how botanica (key real estate company) is handling the COVID-19 situation. When asked if they can leave all gates open so residents do not have to touch the keypad every time we go in and out, the manager said “it’s not any worse than people using ATMs.” People aren’t being told to go to an ATM right now, they are being told to stay at home.
