Great place to live . specially if you are looking for less college life living , It's quiet living and safe and feel secure. Manager care about their tenants and building , It may not be the most updated building but it is take care of by managers as much as permitted I assume , over the last year during a pandemic she was constantly cleaning and disinfecting everything in the common areas worried more for her tenants than for her , Great caretakers and place to live.

Property managers are horrible. They do not care for your privacy and have no problem breaking/throwing out your personal property. They are very rude and unprofessional. They are never there when you need them.
