Megan O'Shea if it makes you feel any better, the person you observed at not his finest moment, was working hard at a challenging job to keep the Capital Crest building clean and a good place to live. Since then, he suffered a stroke in his apartment, and was in that state alone for a few days before he was discovered comatose and taken to a hospital where he died. I am only writing this review after I attempted to contact them directly to give them an opportunity to respond and try to remedy the situation, and have not heard back after 48 hours. I attempted to call the main number that is listed, and not only did no one answer during normal business hours on a weekday, but there was also no voicemail. So, be forewarned that if you do want to contact them, they are unresponsive. Already not a trait you likely want in a landlord. The main thing I wanted to write about was what I witness... read more
