KPM is managing the development where I live and I would not recommend them. My experience is they have been rude to the residents during meetings and I sent them an email nearly 3 months ago with no response.
Live in a community that Key Property is supposed to be managing. Kristen and the HOA board does nothing to enforce the covenants. Wants your money though.
