I recently used the services of Key Properties Niagara to tear out a jetted tub and install a shower in a rental unit. There were a few complications through out the process, but Dan and his employees/trades people kept me informed about all developments and changes as they came. Both myself and the tenant are very happy with the final results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Key Properties Niagara for any renovation project .
