Purchased an investment property at the community they manage and repeatedly we asked them for the leasing information of the property. The management company never answer us back. We closed at the property. We found a tenant and they approved the rental application in the morning and the evening they presented anpaper that they didn’t have a clue that existed and told us that we can’t rent to a Foreign nationality tenant.
