Delivered on time, good first experience, medication worked as expected.
At first, the pharmacist Chris was very personable and helpful. I thought I had found my new compounding pharmacy. After waiting more than a month to receive my hormone replacement prescription, I contacted the pharmacy directly to ask about the status of my medication. Rather than being allowed to speak with the pharmacist regarding my prescription, I was informed that I could not communicate with the pharmacy directly and that all communication had to go through the prescribing office via the medical providers directions. ... read more
Update: A year later and I'm still very satisfied. I wrote my review a year ago and was pleasantly surprised. The staff and owner are always nice. The location is very convenient for me and I've never had any concerns. I'm glad they're in Cedar Hill! Original Review: Very friendly and patient. The place was spotless.
