The Condos are located conveniently to route 40 and the backroads of Frederick (great ways to escape the growing noisy traffic in this town)… There is always some place to park. Finally, the condos are spacious, very clean, and they have made upgrades power washing and painting that have really set KPE apart from the neighboring condos.
Condos are conveniently located near all your shopping needs. It’s a hop skip and a jump to a newly renovated elementary school so it’s a great place to reside if you are starting a family, I love the hot wok Chinese place a minute away, I always order their delivery on my way home from work or on a lazy day at home! Neighbors are friendly and take care of their hallways and patios. Love it here!
