I had my vehicle towed here for diagnosis and repair. I was told I wouldn't be eligible for a loaner vehicle until my truck was diagnosed. I received text and vm messages while I was at work, and every attempt I made to reach a service member to approve repairs and pick up a loaner were unanswered (for several hours on a Friday afternoon). Nathan and Brian were so good to work with! They went over and above for me. They had such a good personality and very professional. My son even bought a truck from them.
