Key Motors has always been fantastic to work with; all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The one thing I wish that could change is that anytime I bring my truck in for service it is always a two-trip ordeal, where I always have to bring my truck back on a later date. It would be great if Key motors could come up with a system to be more proactive where return services are not required so much.
Went in for regular maintenance and a couple warranty issues that another dealership gave me a runaround about. In less than an hour my warranty issues were addressed and they were able to take care of them same day, even though they were busy! Their service team is very attentive and accommodating. The dealership is clean with a comfortable waiting area with snacks, Keurig coffees and water. Very impressed and will continue to service my vehicle here!
