Tristan came across very sympathetic and caring during our first meeting when I was deciding to hire her or not. After that it all went down hill. During my legal separation she made many careless mistakes filling out paperwork and when mistakes were pointed out she was rude and short tempered. Staff was very rude, I asked about the intake process and they pressed me to schedule an appointment so they could charge me. I wanted to ask more questions and she told me to call someone else. Sure, I will call someone else.
