WORSE APT. EVER Please I recommend no one live in these Apartments, no one. It has roaches, a bunch of loud Mexicans, black people live there, but not loud nor obnoxious. The children are predominately Mexican, yet they are very very loud,noisy,disrespectful, and has a thing for knocking on your door,then running away. The manager name Elaina use to manage there, when you tell her about the neighbors upstairs who stumps on your head, or play loud music, it falls to deaf ears like the person says below. Where are your parents? I live in a house right next to these apartments. I have nothing but complaints about a great deal of these tenants. Their children are allowed to run free. As we speak they are climbing the fences throwing things into my yard and when asked to stop do not hesitate to curse at me. I just wonder if their parents even know how they are acting... or do they even care?
this for all the hatters it's the best place ever and the kids are just bing kids and the drugs dealers should get kiked out but other than that it an ok place and at lease our kids arn't locked up and getting no exscercise and the key largo kide are probly in better shape then other kids so stop hatting hatters
This place is a JOKE!!! This place is the worst place to ever live. The parents don't take care of their kids, there are drug dealers living there, and the manager doesn't care who she rents to.
Alaina the manager is GREAT!! I use to live in Key Largo (for 25 yrs) I now live in Colorado and own a home. The staff at Key Largo is the BEST!!. They try very hard to control the kids, its the parents that are the problem. They have no respect for where they live or for the management.They let their kids run wild. Alaina , the manager, is always on the kids and calls their parents etc...but her words fall on deaf ears. Bad location This building is very close to El Cajon Middle School and seems to have drawn its fair share of low income tenants who let their children wander around at all hours and basically cause discomfort for the older home owners who live close by. I would not recommend this apartment complex.
