We had our home inspected by this company, cited for faulty electrical, because of burned out light bulbs. Not very bright
Eric is a very honest guy. I scheduled a well and septic inspection with Eric for our home as part of the sale. When he came out and realized our home was less than 3 yrs old, he informed me that we did not need to do the inspection but just needed to fill out an exemption form. He could have made $800+, but was honest about our situation. In addition, he even gave us all the County paperwork on our well and septic. Great guy!
