We've been in locksmith business for nearly 30 years now and had purchased from many different distributors locally and afar. We started buying from Key Innovations a little over a year ago and this is by far the best experience we have. James Carnrike has gone above and beyond his duty countless time. Rarely does an issue arise from our order, but when it does James is always on top of it and resolves the issue in a timely matter. We even get responses from him while he is away from work.
