They did a full home inspection, and a wood destroying insect inspection as well. The previous owner had it done 3 weeks before I moved in. Keys signed that there was no sign ofor insects or damage. After finding the damage it was clear looking at the joists that there was clearly termites in an area easily visible by myself without searching. When I called them out on it the man I spoke to just about laughed and said he didn't see anything and wasn't liable for anything. They are a scam. I have thousands into the repairs. L... read more
