I had to pick up a part at the Key Home Furnishings warehouse for a family member and didn't have a lot of details. The staff were friendly, genuinely happy to help me, knowledgeable, quick and clearly hard working. They had a sense of urgency without feeling rushed. Even though, aside from being a great business, they're very good PEOPLE - two of the staff in particular, Adrian and Corey - went above and beyond when I was leaving. Wrong place! I was supposed to go to City Home furnishings nut Google maps was terrible, sending by me to an apartment complex a quarter mile away, on the wrong side of the street. Key Home employee was super friendly and nice but not much help in the wrong location

My wife and I bought a Flexsteel couch and recliner over the weekend. For the second time in four months, Lucina was our salesperson. Her level of customer service was very consistent with both purchases. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating -- letting us ask many questions and interjecting her opinion on what our best option would be. She made the entire transaction very smooth and easy.
