Wrong place! I was supposed to go to City Home furnishings nut Google maps was terrible, sending by me to an apartment complex a quarter mile away, on the wrong side of the street. Key Home employee was super friendly and nice but not much help in the wrong location

My wife and I bought a Flexsteel couch and recliner over the weekend. For the second time in four months, Lucina was our salesperson. Her level of customer service was very consistent with both purchases. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating -- letting us ask many questions and interjecting her opinion on what our best option would be. She made the entire transaction very smooth and easy. From start to finish, Key Home in Tigard gave us superior service. We received our furniture much earlier than expected and the delivery people, Maybert and Jake, were kind, careful, and helpful. We love our furniture and highly recommend Key Home.

Sofa and chair pick up went well. The staff was very helpful loading them into our trailer!
